Standard features of UVK series screen printing UV ink

But because of shading black 273 and shading white 170 have too much pigment, slowly drying. Normal, the drying speed depends on ink film thickness and ink color, substrate and UV dry fixed machine belt speed (stroke number), UV dry fixed machine (lamp) type, the number of UV pipe and the service life and power. Have features of post curing, to do cross hatch after cooling. The ink film will to achieve its maximum endurance, water resistance and abrasion resistance after 24H.

3. Fading Resistance: UVK only part of the resistance to fading and weathering quality. Therefore, it is only suitable for short-term outdoor.

4. Compression Resistance: After completely dry, have good adhesion, abrasion and antisticking; also resistance to solvents, alcohol, water and various fillers.

UVC series screen printing UV ink

Standard features of UVC series screen printing UV ink
1. Drying: UVC series ink is one of the fast curing UV ink. UVC have the after-cure characteristic. The ink must be withstand cross - linked tape test. 24 hours later, the printing of the ink film to get the maximum tolerance, water resistance and wear resistance.

2. Fading Resistance: UVC ink used for low to moderate resistance to fading pigments. For this reason, all UVC color series are suitable for indoor use only.

3. Compression Resistance: After completely dry, the ink have good adhesion, abrasion and antisticking; also resistant to many solvents and alcohol. Addition of 2-4% hardener HT695500386 can increase the resistance to solvents and chemicals

UVGO series screen printing UV ink

Standard features of UVGO series screen printing UV ink

1. Standard: No heavy metal, high activity, adaptable to high pressure glass tableware; have adhesion, scratch resistance, alkali resistance, chemical resistance and strong resistance to dishwasher cleaning; bright and high gloss colors, a full set of background colors and more special colors.

2. Drying: Through the light emitting power of 200W/cm2 ordinary UV light solid, bake 20 minutes in temperature of 1600C. Some requirements don't need to dry oven.

3. Compression Resistance: UVGO strong resistance to dishwasher cleaning, use family dishwasher cleaning to wash 300ps, and use Witerhalter glassware washers 3000pcs, can't be damaged; using 2.3% of the lye, at the 900C temperature, alkali resistance test for 30 minutes, can also show a strong resistance. In the case of tidal, thermal and mechanical effects, the ink film may be slightly scratched, but after cooling and drying, the above mentioned scratch resistance will be fully restored.

TPR series pad printing UV ink

Standard features of TPR series pad printing UV ink
1. Drying: This is a very fast physical drying inks, 20℃ for 90s; if for overprint, need in 30℃ for 15s. Adding hardener TPH1 or TPH2 will prolong the drying time. Sometimes may be changed by substrate, printing plate etching depth, drying conditions and adjuvant

2. Fading Resistance: TPR series ink only use strong resistance to fading pigments. Mixed with overprint gloss oil and other color ink(white), the fading resistance and weathering resistance because of the different proportion of the deployment, resulting in varying degrees of weakening. If the thickness of the printing ink layer thinner will weaken its fading resistance. The pigments used in TPR inks have the properties of solvent and plasticizer.

3. Compression Resistance: After completely dry, have good adhesion, abrasion and antisticking; also resistant to alcohol. Most TPR ink can be used for high frequency welding (except black 980 and 73) Addition of 10% hardener TPH1 or TPH2 can increase the resistance to solvents and chemicals

Application of TPR series pad printing UV ink
TPR series especially used for harder PVC, PS, ABS, SAN, PC, PMMA, some soft PVC, wooden, paper and card. If add hardener TPH1 or TPH2, TPR will get good adhesion. Such as coating surface, weak anodized aluminum or some thermosetting plastics. Good gloss, fast speed drying, especially suitable for high quality products such as cosmetic packaging, shell and other high quality products.

1. Drying: Same time with physical drying, the actual hardening of the ink film is caused by the chemical cross-linking reaction between the ink and the hardening agent. Higher temperature can be accelerate chemical crosslinking reaction. If dry in greenhouse, to overprint should between in after 48h of the first printing (use hardener TPH1) or 8H (TPH2). To use the ink and curing temperature can't be less than 15℃, otherwise it will lead to irreversible damage. At the same time, due to the hardening agent is sensitive to humidity, to avoid excessive humidity in after hours.

2. Fading Resistance: TPU series ink only use strong resistance to fading pigments. Mixed with overprint gloss oil and other color ink (white), the fading resistance and weathering resistance because of the different proportion of the deployment, resulting in varying degrees of weakening. TPC series pad printing UV ink

Standard features of TPC series pad printing UV ink
1. Curing: UV curing drying can be used in 80-120W/cm UV mercury lamp. Curing speed must note UV curing machine's reflex, lamp quantity, use time, energy, ink thickness, color, material, printing speed and UV curing quantity. After finished pad printing, standard ink adhesion test must be at room temperature around 20℃

2. Fading Resistance: Pad UV ink Tampacure TPC used medium and high grade pigment; so, ink can be used in line with the short-term European outdoor climate standards.

3. Abrasion and Chemical: Have good abrasion and chemical resistance after UV curing drying. If need to add the ink features, can add 5% hardener. Can be used pad printing steel plate and plastic head.

Application of TPC series pad printing UV ink
Pad printing UV ink Tampacure TPC is suit for printing ABS, hardener PVC, PC, PS, PMMA. If need to pad printing in PS, PA, pretreatment PE, PP, and coating material, we need add hardener H2. Should to add accelerator UVHV1 when pad printing in the normal metal, so that to achieve good adhesion effect. Because the printability of the substrate is different, even if the same material also should be tested, in order to detect the printability is consistent with the specific requirements.
